Jubilee symbolises the freedom God brings to our lives. The Bible records the "time of Jubilee," when slaves were set free, debts forgiven and the blessing of God abounded. Jesus spoke of this when He proclaimed Jubilee, or the time of God's favour. Luke 4:19.

Mission
Jubilee Church’s mission is to preach the good news of God and to make disciples.

Vision
To bring the love of God to the people of Banburyshire; establishing the church in the town and surrounding villages, growing our small groups and Sunday celebration.

We aim to do this by focusing on the following priorities:

Giving Glory to God: Psalm 105:1 "Give thanks to the LORD, call on his name; make known among the nations what he has done." We want to live our lives as living sacrifices to God, to celebrate what God has done in Christ; to be a church that gives glory to God. Romans 12:1.

Reaching the Lost: Luke 19:10 "For the Son of Man came to seek and save what was lost." We want to be a church that intentionally reaches out to tell and demonstrate the Love of God shown to us through Jesus to those who are not yet believers.

Building Community: We want to be a church where people are in relationship one with another, where we eat together, laugh together, serve together, worship together, sharing our joys, struggles and pain - where we do life together. Acts 2:42-47.

Making Disciples: Being a disciple is loving Jesus so much that we want to know Him and be like Him. We want to pursue godly character, knowledge and holiness. We want to serve Him with the resources, gifts and passions He has given us. Colossians 1:28 and Romans 12:6-8.

Showing Mercy: We want to be like the early New Testament Church, eager to show God's love to others through practical acts of kindness. To share all that we have been given with those who don’t have. Galatians 2:9-10 and Mathew 25:35-36.
